History

Incorporated in 1987, Lizco Sales has evolved into Power Equipment Specialists, serving utilities, private industries, institutions, electrical contractors and wholesalers.

Centrally located in Southwestern Ontario, Lizco Sales, has expanded its facilities, staff and resources to accomodate our ongoing growth, and boasts having the largest privately owned new transformer inventory in Canada. Lizco Sales has developed a large Canadian customer database for distribution and services customers internationally as well.

Lizco Sales is socially responsible, and the company and its employees have made an impact within the local community. Lizco Sales actively participates in the community, giving heartily of their time and resources to various fund-raising activities for both local and regional benefit. A social committee (SCAT) was formed and holds fund-raising dances, runs a tuck shop in the lunch room and even looks after the company recycling program. Some of the proceeds raised by SCAT have provided bursaries for local high school students, who choose to enter the engineering field or the electrical trade apprenticeship program.
